Technical Analyst – Service Assurance (Transact T24 Techno-Functional)

Summary of role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Analyst – Service Assurance with expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of technical and functional knowledge to ensure seamless service delivery, system stability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing, troubleshooting, and enhancing the performance of T24 systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and resolve T24 production issues (AA, Lending modules, APIs, COB, interfaces), minimizing downtime, and ensuring SLA adherence.

• Analyse logs, configurations, and integration points to identify root causes.

• Assist in system configurations, parameterization, and testing to meet business needs.

• Work closely with SMEs, QA, design, and technical teams to troubleshoot, analyse, and implement solutions to ensure alignment on system requirements and deliverables.

• Implement and maintain monitoring tools to track system health and performance metrics.

• Support incident management, impact analysis, and environment coordination.

• Review functional specifications, perform system checks, and support hot fixes.

• Coordinate with BA, QA, and infra teams for change requests and enhancements, participate in deployment validation, regression checks, and post-release monitoring.

• Maintain technical documentation and KT knowledge base for recurring issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in Transact T24 (preferably AA/Lending modules).

• Strong technical background with knowledge of COB, OFS, APIs, TAFC/TAFJ, InfoBasic, jBASE, and Temenos Integration Framework (TIF).

• Hands-on experience in production support, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis.

• Experience with SQL/Oracle, Unix scripting, debugging, and performance tuning in T24 environments.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management), Ability to analyse T24 Enquiry, versions, routines, local tables, and multi-threaded jobs

• Strong communication, coordination, and issue prioritization skills.
