We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Snr. Consultant to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Consultant with to drive operational excellence and effectively manage cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, proven experience in process improvement, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability
  • Drive operational initiatives, including process re-engineering, automation, and performance improvements
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; identify gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence across teams
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma practices preferred)

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key liaison between business, technology, and external stakeholders
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders and leadership levels
  • Facilitate regular governance meetings, status updates, and business reviews
  • Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership
  • Resolve conflicts and drive consensus in complex, cross-functional environments

Strategic & Analytical Support

  • Conduct business analysis, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions
  • Support strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and change management efforts
  • Build business cases, project roadmaps, and implementation plans
  • Leverage data-driven insights to influence decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong understanding of business operations and process optimization methodologies
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
