Expertise in technical configuration of WMS product, Hands-on Experience on Technical configuration of WMS product (preferably BY/JDA/RedPrairie WMS) , Jasper reports, Nice labels, Pagebuilder and MOCA. Knowledge on interfaces between WMS and ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T, Parcel, 3rd party system that integrates with WMS.
Working knowledge of the various integrated systems within BY Scope in a project
  
Job Description:
Strong domain knowledge in BY/JDA/RedPrairie WMS solution to understand how the Blue Yonder solutions can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes
Strong domain knowledge in BY/JDA/RedPrairie Discrete WMS solution to construct an overall architecture for current and future customer business needs
Key contributor to the Change Management efforts for global or regional program implementations
Assists Project Manager(s) in planning efforts
Able to ask appropriate questions to assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution, assess integration complexity, architecture constraints
Can demonstrate and facilitate integration discussions of product functionality and product architecture (i.e. Show data and process flow from one Blue Yonder  solution to another)
Lead the project team in preparing Product Requirement Specifications, test plan for modifications
Carry out design and development of customization on the Integrator, MOCA, frontend or API’s.
Interact closely with Development services in customization development, quality delivery and organizing demonstrations with customers on modifications.
Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the project
Supports the development and execution of test scripts to ensure JDA software consistently meets the customer's business objectives
Provides level 3 non-technical support during the "go-live" period
Provides level 3 user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity
Serves as a technical liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors.
 
Responsibilities:
Conducts technical analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the technical needs of the client and develops technical solutions to meet those needs. 
Provide variety of technical support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming.   
Responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration.
Exercises judgment on methods and techniques for obtaining solutions within generally-defined practices and policies.
Co-ordinates project tasks on engagements.
Designs and develops platform workflow/ user interface, integration scripts, ETL mapping, data modeling and data loading.
Provides internal training, implementation support activities, or work on internal development projects.
Ensures knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team
Communicates business cases to Product Management Group and Product Development team regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements
Interacts with PMG & PD regarding new releases and new functionality and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the team
 
Desired Skills:
Expertise in technical configuration of WMS product, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing, PLSQL, SQL Server, and Performance Tuning.
Hands-on Experience on Technical configuration of WMS product (preferably BY/JDA/RedPrairie WMS) , Jasper reports, Nice labels, Pagebuilder and MOCA.
Knowledge on interfaces between WMS and ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T, Parcel, 3rd party system that integrates with WMS.
Knowledge on integration between WMS and Voice / Material Handling / ASRS systems
Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, Integration and Middleware technologies and applications
Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and consultants
Strong proactive communicator and presenter, able to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization to maximize problem resolution while effectively presenting information and responding to highly specialized technical questions
Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to effectively and proactively work independently
Ensures compliance with the following internal and external company policies and procedures:   Company project methodology   On-time submission of Time, Travel and Expenses report   Company procedures related to travel and expenses  
Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is added advantage.
Knowledge on Azure fundamentals
Understanding and experience with the technical requirements for the product line assigned.
Understanding of Database structures. Understanding of various technical platforms and infrastructures.
Understands Blue Yonder product suite so as to convey relationships and touch-points to the customer.
