We are currently seeking a Kofax Testing to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Job Title: QA Analyst
Role Summary
The QA Analyst is responsible for driving end-to-end quality assurance across projects by defining test strategies, leading QA teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. The role involves both functional and non-functional testing oversight, automation enablement, and stakeholder management.
Must Have: Experience in QA in ECM Domain and Kofax.
Key Responsibilities
1. QA Strategy
- Define QA strategy, standards, and best practices across projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (manual, automation, performance).
- Act as the primary point of contact for all QA-related activities.
- Drive quality engineering practices and continuous improvement.
2. Functional Testing
- Review and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
- Oversee test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure complete coverage of:
- System Testing (SIT)
- Integration Testing
- Regression Testing
- UAT support
- Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Coordinate with Business Analysts and Product Owners.
3. Non-Functional Testing
- Define and manage performance and reliability testing.
- Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter.
- Ensure application scalability, response time, and stability.
- Validate usability, compatibility, and data integrity.
4. Test Automation
- Drive automation strategy using tools like Selenium.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
- Improve regression cycle efficiency through automation.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with development, product, and business teams.
- Communicate risks, issues, and mitigation plans effectively.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release readiness discussions.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies.
- Defect Management & Reporting
- Experience in:
- Functional & regression testing
- API testing (REST/SOAP)
- Database testing (SQL)
- Hands-on experience in automation tools (Selenium or similar).
- Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
