We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Advisor - Power automate to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Messaging Services Advisor applies a wide application of theories, concepts, and principles in identifying customer needs and managing and supporting systems. The Power App, Power BI Administrator is a key role in the organization that is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the Power Platform solutions that enable digital transformation and business automation. Technical Expert on Messaging technologies-M365 Apps. The Power App, Power BI Administrator will work closely with the business users, IT teams, and external partners to design, build, and deploy scalable and secure solutions that meet the business needs and align with the best practices.
• Provides deep subject matter expertise, advice and program delivery.
• Contributes to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise.
• Thorough understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations.
• Integrates trends, data and information into plans, deliverables and recommendations.
• Anticipates operational, program, and implementation issues and develops preventative measures.
• Provides advanced technical support within area of expertise to clients on complex integration issues and is often in a lead role within major projects.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents solutions using low-code and no-code tools, such as canvas apps, model-driven apps, flows, datasets, reports, and topics.
• Administer and monitor the Power Platform environments, security, governance, and compliance policies, such as creating and managing environments, roles, permissions, data loss prevention policies, audit logs, and alerts.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Power Platform solutions and resolve issues and incidents, such as debugging errors, testing updates, and restoring backups.
• Collaborate with the business users, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide training and documentation, such as conducting workshops, creating user stories, wireframes, diagrams, manuals, and guides.
• Research and evaluate new features and functionalities of the Power Platform and recommend improvements and enhancements, such as staying updated with the latest releases, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of the Power Platform solutions and adhere to the standards and best practices, such as following the application lifecycle management, testing, and deployment methodologies.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and the Microsoft Graph API is preferred.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing and administering Power Platform solutions, or similar low-code and no-code platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents features and capabilities, such as creating and managing canvas apps, model-driven apps, flows, datasets, reports, and topics.
