We are currently seeking a Network Engineering Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco-based routing and switching. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise networks with a focus on stability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement enterprise network solutions using Cisco routers and switches
Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 & Layer 3 technologies
Manage and support LAN, WAN, and campus networks
Perform advanced troubleshooting for network outages, latency, and packet loss
Work on routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP
Configure switching technologies including VLANs, STP (RSTP/MST), EtherChannel
Implement and maintain network security controls (ACLs, port security)
Support incident, problem, and change management activities
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability
Maintain network documentation and diagrams

Required Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Systems devices (routers & switches)
Deep understanding of:
TCP/IP, subnetting, routing concepts
Layer 2 protocols (STP, VLANs, trunking)
Layer 3 protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
Experience with:
NAT, DHCP, DNS basics
WAN technologies (MPLS, leased lines)
Strong troubleshooting skills using CLI and tools like ping, traceroute

Basic knowledge of network automation (Python/Ansible)
Exposure to networking technologies
Understanding of high availability (HSRP, VRRP, GLBP)

CCNA (minimum)
CCNP Enterprise (preferred)
CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (advantage)
