We are currently seeking a Palo Alto firewalls - Network Security Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

L3 (Grade 9) – Network Security senior Specialist  
Key Responsibilities
•    Provide day-to-day operational support for Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama. 
•    Handle incident, request, and change management activities. 
•    Monitor firewall health, logs, and alerts; triage and resolve issues within SLA. 
•    Perform configuration changes (NAT, security rules, objects) under standard procedures. 
•    Support upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance activities. 
•    Assist in rulebase reviews and cleanup activities. 
•    Escalate complex issues to L4/vendor with proper analysis and logs. 
•    Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base updates. 
•    Participate in on-call rotation and support multiple customer environments. 
•    Willing to work in 24X7 environment

Required Skills & Experience
•    3–6 years of network/security experience 
•    Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama (operations level) 
•    Strong understanding of: 
o    TCP/IP, routing, NAT, VPN 
o    Security policies and logging 
•    Basic knowledge of: 
o    Authentication (LDAP/AD/SSO) 
o    Web/proxy concepts (WCCP, PAC) 
•    Experience with ticketing tools and ITIL processes 
•    Good troubleshooting and analytical skills 
•    Strong communication skills 

Preferred
•    Exposure to Azure/AWS 
•    Basic scripting/automation (optional) 
•    PCNSA certification
