We are currently seeking a Pipeline Engineer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

• Pipeline Engineering Role:

  1. Summary of Role:

  As a Pipeline Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment processes. You will work closely with development, testing, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure efficient, automated, and reliable software delivery. This role requires expertise in DevOps tools, scripting, containerization, and cloud technologies, with a strong focus on automation and software lifecycle management.

  2. What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and declarative pipelines.
• Automate build, deployment, and release processes for enterprise Java applications.
• Manage containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes, including resource optimization and infrastructure management.
• Work with SCM tools like Git and SVN, ensuring efficient branching and workflow strategies.
• Develop scripts in Groovy, Bash, and Python to enhance automation and integration.
• Utilize build management tools like Maven, Gradle, and NPM for efficient software builds.
• Implement and oversee software lifecycle management best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve build and deployment issues for development teams.
• Monitor and enhance system performance using dashboard tools like Grafana and Kibana.
• Recommend and integrate new DevOps tools and strategies for process improvement.
• Train teams on CI/CD best practices and DevOps methodologies.

• 3. Required Skillset:

  Essential Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Continuous Integration, Build & Deployment Automation.
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins & Declarative Pipelines.
• Expertise in Docker & containerization concepts.
• Proficiency in SCM tools (Git, SVN).
• Experience with scripting languages (Groovy, Bash, Python).
• Hands-on experience with build tools (Maven, Gradle, NPM).
• In-depth knowledge of software lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Java Enterprise application environments.
• Strong collaboration skills across Development, Test, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams.
• Understanding of branching and workflow strategies.
• Exposure to dashboard tools (Grafana, Kibana).
• Ability to recommend and implement new DevOps strategies and tools.

• Strong Plus:

• Knowledge of Azure Cloud, particularly AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
• Experience with Kubernetes administration, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with Helm for Kubernetes application management.
• Ability to train teams on best practices in CI/CD, build, and deployment engineering.
