Data stewardship & Agent maintenance  

Data stewardship SME’s work independently, proactively and 

• Are responsible for managing the integration from repository to sales/revenue enabling content systems by: Working with IT to create automated mechanisms for data sharing for proposal tooling.   Ensuring that file uploads and integration occur, resolve errors or problems with such activities. 

• Are responsible for Agentic AI system administration, which includes activities such as user administration, populating agent rules, and other Ema system functions provided to Ema administrators  

• Are continually auditing system usage and participating in various forums such as Office hours and user groups with the aim to improve the usage of the tool, determine new use cases and evaluate new requested use case(s)  

• Serves as a system expert and provides training and collaboration with peers and leadership on effective usage, and productivity gains through usage to include demonstrations and discussions with Sr. Leadership 

• Serves as a key participant and POC for Agentic AI use case and enhancement governance with tool vendors, or in reporting issues to the vendor. 

• Serves as Co-chair for Content governance with Content Team Co-chair ensuring the content being approved for production usage is: a) current b) meets quality standards and c) is fit for purpose by the downstream system (ex. Content that does not meet the needs of the end users for RFP responses, materials that are published in a manner that will not allow for automated uploads, etc.) 

• Works under the guidance of the leadership team and supports team values and the ethical usage of AI tooling.
