We are currently seeking a Resource Management Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Analyst, Talent Supply Chain & Workforce Management, is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to launch their career at the intersection of data, technology, and people strategy. Reporting directly to the North American Talent Supply leader, this role provides hands-on exposure to workforce planning, analytics, and program coordination in a globally matrixed environment.
This is a growth-oriented role designed to develop the next generation of workforce strategy practitioners. The right candidate brings strong analytical foundations, a high aptitude for Microsoft tools, intellectual curiosity, and the maturity to handle sensitive information with professionalism. Flexibility to work across both European and US time zones is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Analysis & Reporting Support
- Support the Talent Supply Chain leader in gathering, organizing, and analyzing workforce data to surface trends and inform decisions.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and policy documents that provide key insights across the organization.
- Help compile data from HR systems and tools into clear, structured summaries for leadership review.
- Prepare operational models and presentations to assist the Strategic Workforce Management center of excellence communicate across the entries.
Systems & Technology Support
- Develop a working understanding of NTT DATA’s business and service offerings, industry the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by participating in requirements gathering sessions, testing activities, and system rollouts.
- Support the team in documenting business processes and helping translate operational needs into clear written requirements for technology teams.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools — including Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, and Planner — to support team workflows, organize information, and improve day-to-day productivity.
- Help maintain data accuracy and consistency across workforce management platforms and shared tools.
Project Coordination & Administrative Support
- Assist in tracking project milestones, deadlines, and action items across multiple initiatives within the talent supply chain portfolio.
- Maintain organized project documentation including status trackers, meeting notes, and follow-up logs.
- Coordinate logistics for working sessions and team meetings; prepare agendas and capture key decisions.
- Contribute to process improvement discussions by identifying gaps, flagging inefficiencies, and proposing practical solutions.
Communication & Presentation
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and visual summaries to support leadership communications and team updates.
- Build and maintain Excel workbooks — including pivot tables, basic formulas, and data tables — to organize and present workforce information.
- Draft clear written communications including meeting recaps, status updates, and project briefs.
- Learn to translate data into clean, easy-to-understand visuals that support storytelling and decision-making.
Confidentiality & Professional Conduct
- Handle all people data, organizational information, and strategic materials with discretion and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
- Comply with data privacy guidelines (including GDPR and applicable local regulations) in all analytical and reporting tasks.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and trustworthiness when given access to confidential workforce and planning materials.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Master’s degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
- Relevant coursework, capstone projects, internships, or academic research in data analysis, HR, or business operations are valued.
Experience
- 0–2 years of professional experience; internship, co-op, part-time, or project-based experience is fully accepted.
- Any exposure to HR, business operations, project coordination, or data analysis — in any context — is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, stay organized, and follow through on commitments, even in academic or extracurricular settings.
- Experience or coursework involving cross-cultural or international contexts is beneficial given the global nature of this role.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas; willingness and aptitude to develop advanced skills on the job.
- Comfort with PowerPoint to build organized, visually clean presentations; design sensibility is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneNote.
- Curiosity about and willingness to learn Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted productivity tools.
- Basic awareness of how technology projects or software systems work (SDLC concepts); formal training not required but interest is essential.
- Experience with any HRIS, ATS, or data platforms (Workday, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a bonus.

WORKING CONDITIONS & SCHEDULE
This role requires consistent availability during both European (CET/BST) and US Eastern/Central time zones to support a globally distributed leadership team. The expected daily schedule will flex to accommodate cross-regional collaboration, and the incumbent should anticipate early morning or evening overlap as a standing requirement rather than an exception. The organization supports a hybrid work model; specific in-office requirements will be discussed during the selection process.
