We are currently seeking a SAP S/4HANA Test Lead to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Management & Automation Lead with expertise in Test Management, SAP Cloud ALM Test Management, and Tricentis Tosca Test Automation to support a large-scale SAP implementation and transformation program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading test planning, test execution, test automation initiatives, and quality assurance activities across multiple SAP workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall test management function for SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Configure and administer SAP Cloud ALM Test Management capabilities, including test repositories, test plans, test execution cycles, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases covering end-to-end business processes.
• Drive risk-based and requirements-based testing approaches while ensuring complete business process coverage.
• Implement and expand Tricentis Tosca test automation frameworks for SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Identify automation candidates and increase automated test coverage to improve testing efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate and manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and Cutover Validation activities.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, business processes, test cases, defects, and validation deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project managers to resolve defects and improve solution quality.
• Develop testing metrics, dashboards, and status reports for project leadership.
• Support release management and deployment readiness assessments.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to testing teams on SAP Cloud ALM and Tosca best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP testing and quality management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM Test Management.
• Strong experience with Tricentis Tosca Test Automation including test case design, execution lists, test data management, and automation maintenance.
• Experience leading testing activities for SAP projects, including ERP, S/4HANA, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or related modules.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience managing defects and test execution across multiple project phases.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations.
• SAP Cloud ALM certification or practical implementation experience.
• Tricentis Tosca certification.
• Experience integrating SAP Cloud ALM with other testing and project management tools.
• Knowledge of GxP, validation, or regulated-industry testing practices is a plus.
