We are currently seeking a SYSTEMS INTEGRATION ANALYST to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Job Summary
We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining applications built on PHP, Apache, and SQL-based technologies, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support
- Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to PHP applications, Apache web servers, and SQL databases.
- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL processes.
- Support application deployments, patches, and configuration changes.
- Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and database teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in on-call support and production support activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with SLA and KPI commitments.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Java applications, system architecture, troubleshooting, and production support processes.
- Strong knowledge of PHP application support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Apache HTTP Server administration and configuration.
- Good understanding of SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server).
- Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Experience analyzing application, web server, and system logs.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.
- Understanding of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, APIs, DNS, SSL/TLS).
- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes.

Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Banking application.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
