We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer (Sales & Service Cloud) to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong development and administrative expertise, be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous processing, and be capable of delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
•    Work extensively on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
•    Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future methods).
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•    Work on JIRA stories, ensuring timely delivery with quality and accuracy.
•    Perform Salesforce configuration and administration (flows, validation rules, profiles, permissions, etc.).
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform debugging, and optimize performance.
•    Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for development and deployment.
•    Ensure proper documentation of technical solutions and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
•    Strong hands-on experience in:
o    Apex development
o    Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o    Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future)
•    Good understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
•    Experience in both Salesforce Development and Administration.
•    Familiarity with JIRA or similar Agile tools for tracking user stories and tasks.
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
•    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
•    Good communication skills and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
•    Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, etc.).
•    Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
•    Knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
•    Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
