We are currently seeking a Scrum Master - API to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a Mulesoft API development team within a banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring successful delivery of API solutions. Experience with tribe model and banking API projects is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Leadership:
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more API development squads.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
- Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.
- Delivery Management:
- Ensure timely delivery of Mulesoft API solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Track and report progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Tribe Leads, and other stakeholders to prioritize backlog and manage dependencies.
- Communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive process improvements and promote Agile maturity within the team and across the tribe.
- Encourage innovation and adoption of best practices.
Job Requirements
- Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong experience in API development projects, preferably with Mulesoft.
- Exposure to tribe model and scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
- Banking or financial services domain experience is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
