We are currently seeking a Security Analysis Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role Overview 

The NTT DATA Services Transition Manager leads and executes complex IT Security Transitions. This is an individual contributor role who will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of transferring services, systems, and personnel into our operational ecosystem. The person acts as a trusted partner with the customer and  works collaboratively with internal stakeholders. He should be able to understand, anticipate and manage the transition expectations, timelines and associated risks and ensure operational readiness.

Role Responsibilities (high level summary of key duties)
Key Responsibilities
•    Project Governance: Define project scope, establish clear timelines, and manage budget allocations for multi-phase transitions.
•    Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential operational bottlenecks, perform impact assessments, and implement robust mitigation strategies.
•    Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal delivery teams, vendors, and senior executives.
•    Operational Readiness: Oversee Knowledge Transfer (KT) phases, shadow support periods, and final handovers to ensure technical and support teams are fully equipped.
•    Process Optimization: Evaluate legacy workflows to standardize and improve processes before final operational sign-off.
•    Reporting & Metrics: Design and maintain transition dashboards to report progress, SLAs, and resource utilization to leadership.

Required Qualifications:
•    8+ years of experience in project management, change management, or IT service transition roles.
•    Strong proficiency in ITIL frameworks, Project Management, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
•    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
•    Expert user of project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Confluence

Preferences:
•    Certifications - PMP (Project Management Professional) or ITIL v4 certification
•    Global Delivery: Experience managing offshore teams or large-scale global migrations.
•    Graduate degree
•    Customer relationship management experience at the senior level
•    Knowledge and application of Globally Accepted Information Security Principles
