We are currently seeking a Security Analysis Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Job Description: OKTA IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) Support Engineer / Administrator
Position Summary -
We are seeking an experienced OKTA Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Support Engineer to provide L4/L3 managed services support for the enterprise OKTA IGA platform. The role involves supporting user lifecycle management, troubleshooting provisioning issues, handling incidents and service requests, supporting access certifications, and ensuring the stability, security, and compliance of the IGA environment.

Key Responsibilities -
Identity Lifecycle Management -
• Manage and support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes using OKTA Identity Governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user provisioning and deprovisioning issues across integrated applications and systems.
• Monitor and maintain identity synchronization, connectors, workflows, and business rules.
• Ensure timely onboarding, role changes, and offboarding of users in accordance with organizational policies.
Incident & Problem Management
• Provide L4/L3 operational support for the OKTA IGA platform.
• Handle incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem management activities.
• Perform detailed analysis and troubleshooting for identity-related issues.
• Support break-fix activities and ensure service restoration within defined SLAs.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and document findings and corrective actions.
Access Governance & Compliance -
• Enable and support quarterly and half-yearly access certification campaigns using OKTA IGA.
• Support audit activities by providing access reports, evidence, and remediation actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in remediation of audit findings related to identity governance and access management.
Platform Administration & Maintenance -
• Maintain existing applications, policies, workflows, and integrations within the OKTA ecosystem.
• Perform regular platform health checks and proactive monitoring.
• Generate and distribute operational, compliance, and governance reports.
• Recommend platform improvements based on industry standards and best practices.
• Support system upgrades, configuration changes, and platform enhancements.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management -
• Coordinate with OKTA and other vendors for product-related issues, defects, and escalations.
• Work closely with application owners, security teams, HR, and infrastructure teams to resolve identity management issues.
• Provide operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge articles.

Required Skills & Experience -
Technical Skills -
• Strong experience with OKTA Identity Governance (IGA) and OKTA Workforce Identity Cloud.
• Experience in User Lifecycle Management (JML processes).
• Knowledge of provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
• Experience with access certification and access review campaigns.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts including:
o RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
o SSO (Single Sign-On)
o MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
o User Provisioning
o Access Governance
• Experience with directory services such as:
o Active Directory (AD)
o Azure AD / Entra ID
o LDAP
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SCIM connectors, and application integrations.
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes.
Soft Skills -
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Preferred Qualifications -
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• OKTA Certified Professional / Administrator certification preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM/IGA environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
