We are currently seeking a Security Center Ops Sr. Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Patch Management & Remediation Operations

• Manage end-to-end patch lifecycle activities across enterprise infrastructure and applications.
• Review and assess security advisories, vendor bulletins, and vulnerability findings requiring remediation.
• Coordinate deployment of operating system, application, database, and middleware patches.
• Validate successful patch implementation and remediation closure.
• Track patch compliance against agreed security SLAs.
• Prioritize remediation activities based on vulnerability severity, exploitability, and business impact.
• Coordinate emergency patching activities for critical security vulnerabilities.

Platform & Availability Management

• Ensure patching activities are planned and executed with minimal impact to business operations.
• Support platform availability, service reliability, and operational continuity during patch deployment activities.
• Coordinate maintenance windows and change management processes.
• Monitor platform health before, during, and after patch implementation.
• Participate in incident and problem management activities related to patch deployment failures.
• Support rollback and recovery procedures when required.

Vulnerability Remediation Coordination

• Work closely with Vulnerability Management teams to address identified security findings.
• Coordinate remediation efforts across:
• Windows Servers
• Linux / RHEL Servers
• Cloud Platforms
• Databases
• Applications
• End User Computing Devices
• Monitor remediation progress and escalate overdue critical findings.
• Validate remediation effectiveness through rescanning and compliance verification.
