We are currently seeking a Senior Desktop Engineering SCCM to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Systems Engineering Senior Specialist to join our team.
Job responsibilities & Skillset Requirements:
- Technical Engineer supporting EPM Desktop Engineering SCCM/Intune operations
- 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Demonstrates understanding of deployment of security patches, applications and settings, utilizing SCCM Configuration Manager.
- Demonstrates a basic understanding of current scripting technologies and batch commands.
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of windows end user platform.
- Intune & Autopilot operational level knowledge;
- Vulnerability Management knowledge;
- Monitoring and reporting on key metrics;
- Troubleshooting and correcting operational & deployment issues;
- In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices.
- Ability to identify, define, manage and control configuration.
- Microsoft & ITIL certification is an advantage.
- Monitoring and reporting on key metrics, troubleshooting and correcting complex deployment issues; following strict change, incident, request and problem management guidelines.
- Following strict change, incident, request and problem management guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance to service level agreements.
- Strong technical and communication skills are a must.
