We are currently seeking a Senior Dynatrace Administrator to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Role Summary
The Senior Dynatrace Administrator is responsible for the end to end administration, optimization, and technical leadership of the Dynatrace observability platform. The role ensures proactive monitoring of application, infrastructure, cloud, and digital experience components, and supports service availability, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Own administration and operational health of the Dynatrace platform, including OneAgent deployment, environment configuration, and access management
• Design and maintain monitoring for APM, infrastructure, cloud services, containers, and digital experience
• Configure and optimize alerting policies, problem detection rules, dashboards, and custom metrics
• Lead platform upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities in alignment with change management processes
• Act as an L3 escalation point for complex performance, availability, and observability issues
• Perform deep dive analysis and root cause investigations using Dynatrace AI and analytics
• Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and other enterprise platforms
• Collaborate with application, network, cloud, SRE, and platform teams to onboard and optimize monitoring for new services
• Drive observability best practices, standardization, and automation improvements
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior administrators and team members
• Develop and maintain SOPs, dashboards, reporting, and operational documentation
• Support service reviews, audits, and leadership reporting related to platform health and performance

Required Skills & Experience
• 6–9+ years of experience in enterprise monitoring, APM, or observability roles
• Strong hands on experience administering Dynatrace (SaaS or Managed)
• Deep understanding of APM concepts, distributed tracing, metrics, logs, and events
• Experience monitoring Java/.NET applications, infrastructure, cloud, and container platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot complex performance and availability issues across full stack
• Strong experience working in enterprise production environments
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
• Scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell, REST APIs)
• Experience with multiple observability tools (AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk)
• Dynatrace certifications (Associate / Professional)
• Experience supporting DevOps / SRE operating models
