Qualifications:

  • Over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on the high-tech industry.
  • Proven success in leading manufacturing operations and driving process improvements.
  • Expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP) are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
