We are currently seeking a Software Asset Mgmt. Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

"•    10+ years of hands-on experience in supporting, implementing, upgrading, and administering Flexera solutions such as FlexeraOne, FlexNet Manager Suite, IT Asset Management, SaaS Management, and inventory/discovery components in enterprise client environments.
•    Strong technical expertise in Flexera architecture and deployment, including understanding of application servers, beacons/inventory components, agents, batch processes, integrations, data flows, and environment health checks across on-premise and cloud setups.
•    Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and upgrade activities, including installation, configuration, migration planning, version upgrades, validation testing, post-upgrade issue resolution, and coordination with infrastructure, database, and security teams.
•    Strong troubleshooting capability in diagnosing and resolving issues related to inventory collection, beacon connectivity, agent communication, data imports, reconciliation, business adapters, scheduled jobs, and performance bottlenecks within client environments.
•    Good working knowledge of SQL, database troubleshooting, log analysis, server support, API/integration troubleshooting, and data validation, with the ability to investigate root causes and provide permanent fixes for technical and functional Flexera issues.
•    Experience in supporting integrations with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory, cloud platforms, procurement tools, and other inventory/discovery sources, ensuring accurate data flow into Flexera.
•    Strong understanding of SAM/ITAM processes including discovery, normalization, license reconciliation, contract and procurement data alignment, hardware/software asset visibility, and operational support, so technical fixes align with business outcomes.
•    Ability to work directly with clients in a technical support / L2-L3 / SME capacity, including incident resolution, environment assessments, implementation guidance, documentation, stakeholder communication, and best-practice recommendations for stable and optimized Flexera operations."
