We are currently seeking a Software Development Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven background in delivering high‑quality solutions within the retail or online banking domain. This role requires a combination of technical depth, client‑facing skills, and the ability to guide teams toward successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to development teams.
• Assess client needs and propose effective, innovative, and user-friendly solutions.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones by coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Establish strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Maintain effective controls, monitoring processes, and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with strong command over Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Experience in retail or online banking applications or other financial service platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, recommend solutions, and influence decision-making.
• Excellent ability to present ideas in clear, business- and user-friendly language.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Effective facilitation and communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and client environments.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Strong client service orientation with a professional and consultative approach.
• Proven team-oriented leadership, with the ability to lead by example.
• Ability to achieve results through others by establishing collaboration, processes, and controls.
