We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Temenos UXP Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
- Architect and design complex UXP applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Guide the team on best practices for UXP development, including coding standards, component reuse, and design patterns.
- Stay updated on the latest Temenos UXP features and functionalities, proposing innovative solutions to leverage new capabilities.

Project Management:
- Lead development teams on UXP projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and prioritize features.
- Manage project risks and issues, providing timely escalation and mitigation strategies.

Development and Coding:
- Hands-on development of critical UXP components, including screens, widgets, and custom functionalities.
- Review code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards through code reviews.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot technical challenges within the UXP environment.

Team Collaboration:
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team.
- Facilitate communication between the development team, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
- Create a collaborative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and problem-solving.

Quality Assurance:
- Define and implement robust testing strategies for UXP applications, ensuring high quality and user experience.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing to identify and resolve defects.
- Collaborate with the QA team to manage the testing process and ensure timely defect resolution.
Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of Temenos UXP framework, including its architecture, components, and APIs.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
- Familiarity with backend technologies like Java or .NET (depending on integration requirements).
- Experience with Temenos T24 core banking system is a plus.

Leadership and Management Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of developers to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.

Banking Domain Knowledge:
- Understanding of banking operations, products, and customer journeys to design effective digital banking solutions.
- Awareness of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to banking applications.
