We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage production support for Java-based enterprise applications.
Monitor application health, performance, and stability using appropriate tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana).
Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within SLAs.
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive measures to minimize recurring issues.
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams for bug fixes and deployments.
Maintain knowledge base and documentation for recurring issues, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system configurations.
Participate in release management, change control, and deployment planning.
Implement automation for repetitive tasks using scripts or tools to improve efficiency.
Mentor junior support engineers and ensure adherence to ITIL processes.
 

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and J2EE architecture.
Experience with SQL/PLSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.).
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Hands-on experience in monitoring tools and incident management platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
Understanding of Unix/Linux scripting for operational automation.

Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in 24x7 support environments (if required).
Strong documentation and process adherence mindset.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
