Software Development Senior Specialist

Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to PHP applications, Apache web servers, and SQL databases.
Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Perform incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL processes.
Support application deployments, patches, and configuration changes.
Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and database teams for issue resolution.  
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Participate in on-call support and production support activities as required.
Ensure compliance with SLA and KPI commitments."
