We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Qualification Under/ Post graduate degree in Technical Engineering (CSE, IT, EEE, ECE, ICE, CIVIL, MECH etc).

Work Experience 8 to 10+ years of experience in Performance Testing.

Certification/ Accreditation Mandatory- HP LoadRunner/ performance center. Preferable –,Banking domain certifications (Equivalent to CISI/ NCFM certifications), HP ALM.

Must Have 
Strong experience in application performance management tools – Appdynamic(preferred), HP diagnostic & dynatrace 
• Strong knowledge & hands-on experience in DevOps & performance continuous integration testing
 • Strong knowledge & extensive experience in HP performance centre, network virtualization, Service virtualization & mobile tester.
 • Have worked & managed Agile performance testing.
 • Languages C/C++, Java 
• Delivery Quality Performance Testing as per Criteria, Process, Standards and Technical Performance Framework
Strong Technical Performance and Leadership skills. 
• Excellent interpersonal, Verbal and written communication skill

Should have skills
Shell scripting, cron jobs Fundamentals 
• Batch Scheduling & Execution Fundamentals 
• Interpret Application & System logs
 • Database SQL Queries (RDBMS - Oracle, DB2) 
• Understanding Networking, Load Balance, High Availability with Zero Data Loss 
• Good understanding Application Security 
• Ability to Troubleshoot, run Diagnostic tools and Analysis
Analytical and problem-solving ability 
• Ability to develop and nurture solution with limited (or changing) information 
• Honesty and High Integrity
 • Courteous, Respectful and Timely
 • Team Player. Work hand-in-hand with the whole team

Nice-to have skills

 • Ensuring adherence to testing standards and guidelines

Role & Responsibilities 
• Report to NFT Test Factory Delivery Manager and Project report to the Project Manager 
• Play a role Performance Technical Go-To person for Project Managers, Development Architects, Development Leads, Test Managers, Testers • Utilise and Improve Technical Performance Frameworks, process, criteria, tools standards 
• Identify and Implement Automation Performance Testing 
• Provide a re-usable approach for Performance testing services across all technologies for all business units 
• Collaborate with service partners and suppliers to deliver projects to high quality, on time 
• Lead/Co-ordinator for Performance Testers 
• Define the daily tasks utilising a Technical Performance Test Framework, process, criteria, templates, tools and standards
 • Work in an Agile and Waterfall development, Automation and Service delivery environment 
• Collaborate with service partners and suppliers to deliver projects to high quality, on time 
• Gather and Interpret Business, Technical & Service Acceptance Non Functional Requirements (NFRs) and Solution Design to form the Test Design to perform End to End Performance testing
 • Create the Performance Test Plan from the Technical Design 
• Co-ordinate the Performance Test Design to offshore Performance testers 
• Lead the script development, automation, tools setup/configuration, execution, analysis and report against the Performance Test Plan 
• Perform/Lead Performance POCs 
• Perform Technical Analysis & Report
 • Lead troubleshooting and shakedown tasks
 • Execute the Performance Test Plan on time aligned to Test Design 
• Raise and Support Defect Analysis
 • Create Daily, Technical and Project Closure Reports in a timely manne
