- Strong technical knowledge on ISPF, COBOL , JCL, DB2 , CICS ,VSAM, IMS-DB/DC, REXX, Easytrieve,
- Identify the areas of improvement and provide solutions in optimising or automating the manual process to bring benefit both to the technical team and business
- Strong knowledge on IBM utilities, OPC scheduler Endevor, File-Aid, expeditor.
- Participation in Service introduction calls and effectively complete KT process
- Have experience in supporting for DR exercises
- Have understanding of the ITIL process
- Have the ability to handle production incident calls and war room calls.
- Good communication and coordination experience between teams.
- BFSI domain experience would be desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Oncall support , irish working hours
