We are currently seeking a Software development Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic QA Manager to independently drive and manage quality assurance programs for complex IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent stakeholder management skills, hands-on technical depth, and proven experience in delivering at least one AI-based solution.

This role requires ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead end-to-end QA strategy and execution across multiple programs
• Define and implement QA governance, test strategy, and quality metrics
• Drive automation strategy and improve test efficiency through modern frameworks
• Manage complex stakeholder environments including business, technology, and leadership teams
• Ensure quality deliverables in AI/ML-based projects (model validation, data testing, bias testing, etc.)
• Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, product, and data teams
• Establish best practices in functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
• Mentor and lead QA teams including manual and automation testers
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within QA practices

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in IT with at least 5+ years in QA leadership roles
• Experience managing QA for complex enterprise programs
• Delivered at least one AI/ML-based solution project
• Strong experience in automation testing (framework design & implementation)
• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments

✔ Technical Skills

• Automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
• API testing tools: Postman, Rest Assured
• Performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner (preferred)
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab
• Understanding of AI/ML testing concepts (data validation, model accuracy, bias detection)
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
• Knowledge of security and compliance testing basics

• Ability to independently drive programs with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI governance and model validation frameworks

• Certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications
