AI Architect – Agentic AI & Enterprise Solutions 

Role Overview 

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Architect to lead the design, solutioning, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI and Agentic AI solutions. This role requires a strong blend of AI architecture, enterprise application design, client consulting, presales support, and technical leadership. 

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Enterprise Solution Design, with proven experience engaging with business leaders, executives, and clients to identify opportunities, define AI strategies, and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions. 

The AI Architect will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, driving AI innovation initiatives, solution architecture, proposal development, architecture governance, and successful delivery of AI transformation programs. 

Key Responsibilities 

AI Strategy & Solution Architecture 

• Define AI strategy, architecture roadmaps, and implementation plans aligned with business objectives. 

• Design and architect enterprise-grade AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions. 

• Develop scalable architectures leveraging:  

• LLMs 

• AI Agents 

• Multi-Agent Systems 

• RAG Architectures 

• Autonomous Workflows 

• Intelligent Automation 

• Define end-to-end architecture across application, data, AI, integration, security, governance, and cloud platforms. 

• Establish AI governance, observability, security, compliance, and Responsible AI frameworks. 

• Create architecture blueprints, technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps. 

Agentic AI & Generative AI Leadership 

• Design and implement autonomous AI systems using Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration platforms. 

• Architect multi-agent collaboration models, planning and reasoning workflows, memory management, and tool integrations. 

• Lead adoption of modern AI frameworks including:  

• Azure AI Foundry 

• Azure OpenAI 

• Semantic Kernel 

• LangGraph 

• LangChain 

• CrewAI 

• AutoGen 

• LlamaIndex 

• Drive AI innovation initiatives, proof-of-concepts, accelerators, and reusable frameworks. 

Client Consulting & Presales 

• Lead discovery workshops, solutioning sessions, architecture reviews, and executive presentations. 

• Collaborate with sales and account teams on:  

• RFP responses 

• Proposal development 

• AI strategy consulting 

• Effort estimation 

• Solution positioning 

• Engage confidently with Directors, VPs, Business Leaders, and CXOs. 

• Translate complex AI concepts into business-focused outcomes and value propositions. 

• Support client demonstrations, PoCs, and AI adoption programs. 

Enterprise Architecture & Engineering 

• Design cloud-native AI platforms and enterprise applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP. 

• Define integration strategies across enterprise platforms, APIs, SaaS products, and data ecosystems. 

• Architect scalable microservices, event-driven systems, and distributed applications. 

• Guide engineering teams on development standards, performance, scalability, and security best practices. 

• Support CI/CD, MLOps, LLMOps, deployment automation, and production readiness. 

Delivery Leadership & Governance 

• Provide architecture governance and technical oversight for AI solution delivery. 

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts throughout the solution lifecycle. 

• Ensure architecture compliance, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence. 

• Mentor architects, engineering leads, and development teams on AI best practices. 

• Drive successful transition from concept through production deployment and support. 

Required Qualifications 

Experience 

• 12+ years of overall IT experience. 

• 3+ years designing and implementing enterprise AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions. 

• Proven experience architecting production-scale AI applications. 

• Experience working with global clients and enterprise stakeholders. 

• Demonstrated success in client-facing consulting or presales environments.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related field. 

• Experience in Healthcare, Payer, Provider, RCM, Clinical, or Healthcare Analytics domains.(Good to have) 

• Experience with SaaS modernization and cloud transformation programs. 

• Microsoft Azure AI, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS AI, Google Cloud AI, or equivalent certifications. 

• Knowledge of Responsible AI, Governance, Security, Compliance, and Regulatory Standards. 

• Experience delivering AI solutions in regulated enterprise environments.
