We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Operating System Deployment Engineer with expertise in Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Intune Autopilot to lead and manage OS deployment strategies across enterprise endpoints. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated deployment solutions for Windows devices, ensuring seamless provisioning, compliance, and user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

SCCM Deployment Management

  • Design and maintain task sequences for Windows OS deployment using SCCM.
  • Manage driver packages, boot images, and deployment media.
  • Troubleshoot SCCM deployment issues and optimize performance.
  • Coordinate with application packaging teams to integrate software into deployment workflows.

Intune Autopilot Provisioning

  • Configure and manage Windows Autopilot profiles for seamless device provisioning.
  • Integrate Autopilot with Azure AD and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  • Ensure zero-touch deployment for remote and hybrid users.
  • Monitor Autopilot deployment status and resolve onboarding issues.

Image Engineering & Maintenance

  • Create and maintain standardized Windows images (WIM) with required configurations and security baselines.
  • Perform regular updates to OS images including patches, drivers, and applications.
  • Validate image integrity and compatibility across hardware models.

Compliance & Security

  • Implement security baselines and compliance policies via Intune and SCCM.
  • Ensure deployed systems meet organizational security and configuration standards.
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce endpoint protection and encryption policies.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Generate reports on deployment success rates, device readiness, and compliance metrics.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with helpdesk, infrastructure, and application teams to support deployment activities.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and support staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in OS deployment using SCCM and Intune Autopilot.
  • Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 architecture and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Familiarity with hardware models, drivers, and BIOS/UEFI configurations.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, AZ-104) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with hybrid co-management environments.
  • Knowledge of Windows Autopilot White Glove and Self-Deploy modes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise mobility and security frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
