We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Specialist - Endpoint Management- Required. Image Management/Autopilot/MS Intun to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled SCCM/Intune Engineer to join NTT DATA's India EPM Delivery Centre. This mid-level role involves independently managing end-to-end endpoint lifecycle operations — OS deployment, patch management, application delivery, and device compliance — for large global enterprise clients. The engineer will handle complex L2/L3 incidents, contribute to platform improvements, and serve as a reliable technical contributor within NTT DATA's EPM managed services practice supporting clients across US, APAC, and EMEA geographies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
OS Deployment & Image Management
• Design, build, and maintain Windows 10/11 OSD task sequences using SCCM/MDT integration for global client environments.
• Manage WinPE boot images, driver packages, and deployment boundaries for OSD operations.
• Support OS refresh, wipe-and-reload, and in-place upgrade deployment scenarios.
• Troubleshoot OSD failures including PXE boot issues, task sequence errors, and driver conflicts.
• Contribute to Windows Autopilot profile configuration and deployment for Intune-managed devices.
• Maintain image documentation including build standards, versioning, and patch currency records.
Patch Management
• Own end-to-end patch management operations for SCCM-managed and Intune-managed endpoints across client accounts.
• Configure and manage Automatic Deployment Rules (ADRs) for monthly Microsoft Patch Tuesday cycles.
• Manage Windows Update for Business (WUfB) rings, feature update policies, and quality update deferrals in Intune.
• Perform patch impact analysis, rollback planning, and emergency patching for zero-day vulnerabilities.
• Generate and present patch compliance dashboards and exception reports to delivery leads and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate with security teams to address Qualys/vulnerability scan findings within SLA timelines.
Application & Software Management
• Manage complex application deployments using SCCM applications with detection methods, requirements, and dependencies.
• Package enterprise applications using .intunewin format and deploy via Intune with advanced targeting.
• Support software metering, asset intelligence, and license management activities in SCCM.
• Design and implement application supersedence and uninstall workflows.
• Collaborate with app packaging teams to validate and test packaged software before production deployment.
Infrastructure & Platform Management
• Monitor and maintain SCCM site server health, DP replication, and component status for client environments.
• Manage Intune connector, certificate infrastructure, and Intune service health.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for endpoint automation, reporting, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Handle L2/L3 escalations with thorough root cause analysis and permanent fix documentation.
• Participate in change management, CAB reviews, and client operational governance calls during IST business hours.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr — OSD, applications, patch management, collections, and reporting (proficient)
• Microsoft Intune — device management, compliance, WUfB, Win32 app deployment, Autopilot
• Windows 10/11 image management — task sequences, WinPE, driver management, MDT integration
• Azure AD and Hybrid Azure AD join configurations, conditional access, and co-management
• PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and endpoint remediation
• SQL/WQL queries for SCCM inventory and compliance reporting
• ITSM operations — incident, problem, and change management (ServiceNow or equivalent)
• Strong written and spoken English for client-facing delivery and documentation
