We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Director to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Delivery Leader – Cloud & Security Practice will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Cloud, Hybrid Infrastructure, Security and Staff Augmentation engagements across enterprise clients. The role requires a strong combination of delivery governance, cloud and infrastructure understanding, people leadership, client management, operational excellence and talent development.
The role will oversee multi-client and multi-technology delivery environments spanning AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), on-premises infrastructure and hybrid cloud ecosystems. The individual will build high-performing teams, mentor delivery leaders and technical talent, ensure contractual commitments are achieved and drive continuous improvement across the practice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Delivery
- Provide overall delivery leadership for Hybrid Infrastructure Support, including cloud, data center, compute, storage, network, backup, virtualization, operating systems, middleware and related infrastructure services.
- Lead managed services and platform support engagements across AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Oversee cloud operations, incident/problem/change management, service availability, capacity, performance, security, automation and operational resilience.
- Drive transformation from traditional infrastructure operations toward cloud-native, automated and SRE-oriented operating models.
- Ensure effective integration between on-premises infrastructure and public/private cloud platforms.
- Establish delivery standards, governance mechanisms, KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and operational controls.
Staff Augmentation Delivery
- Lead delivery of large staff augmentation and capacity-based engagements across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, DevOps and related technology domains.
- Own resource fulfilment, onboarding, deployment, utilization, performance management and retention.
- Partner with recruitment and workforce teams to build scalable talent pipelines against current and forecast demand.
- Manage rapid ramp-ups and ramp-downs while maintaining delivery continuity and quality.
- Establish effective governance for distributed teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore locations.
- Track demand versus supply and proactively address skill, capacity and succession risks.
Client & Delivery Management
- Act as a senior delivery interface for client executives and technology leadership.
- Own delivery performance across scope, schedule, quality, SLA, financial and customer-satisfaction dimensions.
- Conduct executive governance reviews and communicate delivery performance, risks, dependencies and improvement initiatives.
- Manage escalations and lead recovery plans for critical delivery situations.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements through additional services, capabilities and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutioning, Architecture and Practice teams during proposals, transitions and new service launches.
People Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead large, geographically distributed teams comprising delivery managers, project managers, architects, engineers, cloud specialists and security professionals.
- Build a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus and continuous improvement.
- Coach and mentor delivery managers and emerging leaders to develop the next level of leadership within the practice.
- Establish individual development plans, succession plans and career pathways for key talent.
- Promote cloud and security certifications across AWS, Azure, GCP and relevant cybersecurity technologies.
- Conduct regular talent reviews and proactively address performance and retention risks.
- Create mentoring programs that strengthen both technical capability and leadership maturity.
Cloud & Security Practice Development
- Work with practice leadership to define and mature service offerings covering Cloud Operations, Hybrid Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Security and Managed Services.
- Drive standardization, automation and reusable delivery frameworks across engagements.
- Promote Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, observability, AIOps and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure security is embedded across cloud and infrastructure delivery rather than managed as a separate downstream activity.
- Support development of delivery models, estimations, transition plans and staffing models for new opportunities.

Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse and geographically distributed teams |

Mentorship |
Strong track record of coaching delivery managers, technical leaders and high-potential employees |

Ability to engage effectively with CIO/CTO/CISO organizations and senior client stakeholders |

Commercial Management |
Understanding of T&M, staff augmentation, managed services and outcome-based commercial models |
|
Delivery Governance |
Strong knowledge of delivery governance, risk management, service management and executive reporting |
PREFERRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, containers, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, IAM, cloud security, DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, automation and SRE practices is highly desirable.
Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, Scrum and ITSM operating models, along with experience working in globally distributed delivery environments, would be advantageous.
