We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Computer Vision Architect with Python 

Location: PAN India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Noida and Gurgaon)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Computer Vision Architect to design, lead, and scale enterprise-grade vision-based AI systems. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in computer vision algorithms with strong Python development skills and architectural experience deploying production-ready AI solutions across cloud and edge environments.

This role requires a strategic technical leader capable of translating complex business problems into scalable, high-performance vision solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design end-to-end computer vision architectures for real-time and batch processing systems.
• Lead the development of scalable vision pipelines for object detection, classification, segmentation, tracking, OCR, and anomaly detection.
• Architect high-performance inference systems for cloud, on-prem, and edge deployments.
• Define model lifecycle management standards (training, validation, deployment, monitoring).

Algorithm & Model Development

• Develop and optimize deep learning models using Python-based frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
• Implement state-of-the-art computer vision models (CNNs, Vision Transformers, YOLO, Mask R-CNN, etc.).
• Design data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation pipelines.
• Improve model accuracy, robustness, and performance under real-world conditions.

Productionization & Optimization

• Optimize models for low-latency and high-throughput environments.
• Implement model quantization, pruning, and hardware acceleration (GPU, TPU).
• Deploy models using containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines for vision model deployment.

Cloud & Edge Deployment

• Architect solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Design edge AI solutions using frameworks like TensorRT, OpenVINO, ONNX.
• Ensure scalable data storage and streaming integration (Kafka, Spark, etc.).

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Establish data governance standards for image/video datasets.
• Implement secure data pipelines and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards (PII handling in image/video data).

Leadership & Strategy

• Mentor and guide ML engineers and data scientists.
• Evaluate emerging computer vision technologies and define adoption strategy.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with enterprise goals.
• Contribute to innovation roadmap and long-term AI strategy.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision system design.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Strong expertise in OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and SciPy.
• Experience implementing object detection, segmentation, and tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of image processing fundamentals and deep learning architectures.
• Experience deploying AI models into production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Vision Transformers and multimodal AI systems.
• Knowledge of edge AI frameworks (TensorRT, OpenVINO, ONNX Runtime).
• Experience working with large-scale video analytics systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Publications, patents, or contributions in computer vision research.
• Experience leading global technical teams.
