JOB TITLE: Delivery Specialist Advisor – Product Engineering & AI Solutions

EXPERIENCE: 8–15 Years

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead software delivery, product enhancement initiatives, client engagements, operational governance, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management, delivery leadership, stakeholder communication, and operational management experience.

The role will also support proposal development, RFP responses, and solutioning activities where knowledge of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation concepts is required.

Healthcare domain experience is desirable but not mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end-to-end delivery of software products and enhancement initiatives.
• Manage project plans, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure delivery commitments are met within agreed scope, quality, budget, and timelines.
• Drive Agile delivery practices and release planning activities.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and client stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Support teams.
• Mentor team members and drive a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across business and technology teams.
• Drive process improvements and delivery best practices.
• Support effort estimation, solution design discussions, and proposal development activities

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• 8+ years of experience in software development and delivery management.
• 2+ years of experience in AI product delivery
• Proven experience managing software delivery projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and governance experience.
• Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing operational support and production environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Healthcare domain experience (Payer, Provider, RCM, COB, Healthcare Analytics, or related areas).
• Working knowledge of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation concepts with the ability to contribute to proposals, RFPs, and solution discussions.
• Exposure to AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, AWS AI Services, or similar technologies.
