We are currently seeking a Tech Lead / Designer - Document Management to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

 Role: Tech Lead / Designer – Document Management

 Grade: 10  

 Responsibilities and Skills Required:

• Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of end-to-end solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to analyse requirements, assess existing systems and design the solution in line with enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Designing and implementing scalable and resilient architectures.
• Provide technical design and guidance to development team, conducting architecture reviews, and mentoring on best practices and emerging technologies.
• Produce High level and Low-Level Design documentation based on Business Requirements.
• Working closely with security and compliance teams to ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Experience:

• Experienced & certified Document Management Professional having rich experience over 10 years in IT Industry in ECM, Document Management System (DMS), Kofax, eventing, scanning and microservices.
• Experienced in end-to-end project lifecycle, should be hands on technically.
• Person should have Solution Architect experience - designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, system integration, and data migration strategies.
• Hands on experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing HLD, maintaining architecture standards, and providing technical guidance and support to drive project success.
• Involved in various SDLC phases HLD Design, Coding and Documentation, UAT support and Production Support.
• Proficient / extensively worked in technologies and products such as FileNet Technologies and FileNet P8 components, IBM Content Collector, Content Navigator, IBM Case Manager, Content Manager, WebSphere Application Server along with the databases like DB2, SQL, IBM data studio etc.
• Hands on experience in API frameworks to ensure seamless integration between various systems & applications
• Experienced in designing scalable architecture using Microservices
• Knowledge message brokers and event streaming technologies e.g. Kafka
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people at all levels, good communication, analytical & presentation skills.
• Capability to learn new Tools and Technologies very quickly.
• 10-12 years of experience as Tech lead in Financial Service Clients (Good to have)
