We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Arch. Sr. Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

The Engineer is responsible for administration, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment. The role includes managing privileged accounts, onboarding platforms and applications, supporting password management, resolving incidents escalated from L1 teams, and ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

CyberArk Administration

• Administer and support the CyberArk Privileged Access Manager environment.
• Create and manage Safes, Safe Members, and permissions.
• Onboard privileged accounts and platforms.
• Configure password management policies.
• Manage privileged user access and entitlements.

Password Vault Management

• Monitor password reconciliation and verification processes.
• Troubleshoot password rotation failures.
• Manage service accounts and privileged accounts.
• Ensure compliance with password policies and security standards.

Privileged Session Management

• Support privileged session monitoring and recording.
• Troubleshoot session connectivity issues.
• Assist with privileged access requests and approvals.
• Review session recordings when required by security teams.

Incident and Problem Management

• Handle L2 escalations related to CyberArk infrastructure and operations.
• Investigate authentication, password vault, and access issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and security teams for resolution.

Application and Platform Onboarding

• Onboard Windows, Unix/Linux, database, network, and application accounts into CyberArk.
• Configure platform settings and account management parameters.
• Validate password rotation and reconciliation functionality.
• Support integrations with target systems.

Compliance and Audit Support

• Generate audit and compliance reports.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure privileged account governance policies are followed.
• Assist in periodic access reviews and recertifications.

Operational Support

• Monitor CyberArk components and services.
• Perform health checks and routine maintenance.
• Support upgrades, patching, and configuration changes.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
