We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Arch. Sr. Specialist - KMS, HSM to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Key Management Systems (KMS) and cryptographic infrastructure.
• Manage the complete cryptographic key lifecycle, including key generation, activation, rotation, expiry, archival, recovery, and destruction.
• Configure and manage keys, key policies, users, roles, permissions, and RBAC within KMS platforms.
• Integrate KMS with HSMs, applications, databases, cloud services, and encryption platforms.
• Support KMIP-based integrations and troubleshoot client registration and connectivity issues.
• Perform KMS health checks, monitoring, capacity checks, and operational maintenance.
• Troubleshoot encryption, decryption, key-access, certificate, and KMS connectivity issues.
• Support KMS/HSM upgrades, patching, backup and restore, and disaster recovery activities.
• Maintain security controls in line with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
• Support cryptographic key rotation and remediation of expired or non-compliant keys.
• Review access permissions and ensure implementation of least privilege and segregation of duties.
• Investigate incidents and service requests through ServiceNow/JIRA and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with application, cloud, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams for KMS integrations and issue resolution.
• Participate in 24x7 support / rotational shifts and provide L2/L3 technical support as required.

Must-Have Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in KMS / Key Management / Cryptographic Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cryptography concepts, including symmetric/asymmetric encryption, hashing, digital signatures, and key management.
• Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise KMS platform such as:
  • Thales CipherTrust Manager
  • IBM Security Key Lifecycle Manager (SKLM)
  • Entrust KeyControl
  • Keyfactor
  • Other enterprise KMS solutions
• Good experience with HSM technologies, preferably Thales Luna HSM or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of key lifecycle management.
• Experience with KMIP and KMS client integration.
• Knowledge of RBAC, access policies, authentication and authorization.
• Experience troubleshooting KMS, HSM and encryption-related issues.
• Good understanding of TLS/SSL, certificates and PKI fundamentals.
• Experience with ServiceNow/JIRA and ITIL-based incident/change processes.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
