We are currently seeking a Technical Training Analyst - Trainer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Role Overview :
The Service Desk Trainer is responsible for the development and delivery of technical training courses to external clients. Interacts with client and functional organizations to identify content needs of courses. Curriculum content includes, but is not limited to, client hardware and software, enterprise server and software products/solutions, enterprise storage solutions/products, data networking solutions/products and IT management techniques and strategies. Trainers will utilize stand-up teaching and presentation skills, visual and audio equipment and courseware resources to deliver the training.
Role Responsibilities :
• Learns how to design and edits basic e-learning, virtual, blended and classroom curriculum.
• Assists with revising and maintaining curricula and training materials.
• Consults with team members to ensure produced training meets current needs to support learning outcomes.
• Conceptualizes and creates graphical images, flow charts, and diagrams to support training curriculum.
• Learns the process of designing and/or developing basic curriculum.
• Delivers basic e-learning, web-based, and classroom curriculum.
• Delivers course materials within a strict yet ever changing timeline set by the business units.
• Designs, develops, and edits course materials within a strict yet ever changing timeline set by the business units.
- `Design and deliver training programs for new and existing helpdesk staff, including classroom and on-the-job training
- Develop training materials, such as handbooks, job aids, and presentations, to support the learning experience
- Assess training needs and develop training plans to meet those needs
- Work with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching and feedback to help them improve their skills
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary modifications to enhance the learning experience
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress to ensure the continued success of the helpdesk team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and make recommendations for improving the training program
Key Skills
• Strong class presentation, facilitation, and management skills.
• Working knowledge of and capability on NTT DATA’s supported software, systems, and components.
• Ability to communicate clearly at all organizational levels.
• ITIL V4 knowledge & CompTIA A+ is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynITILamic environment.
• Ability to take ownership of challenging tasks.
• Curiosity & focus on developing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a helpdesk or technical support environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools is preferred
