Roles & Resposibilities: 

• As a Microsoft Dynamics Techno functional Business Analyst, the candidate will work with clients to understand their business requirements and provide guidance on how best to utilize the Dynamics CRM platform to achieve their goals.
• The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Work as the Dynamics CRM Functional and Technical Consultants to design and configure solutions that meet the client’s business needs
• Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process, including training and troubleshooting
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and product updates related to Dynamics
• Should be ready to work remotely with clients in UK&I timezone
