We are currently seeking a Vmware Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
- Provide support during off hours and weekend based on the requirement.
- Flexible and Ready to work 24*7 shift pattern.
- Lead and guide team during any technical issues
- Proactively identify and Standardize Client environment by setting up standards on OS drives, Memory & CPU by creating a micro plan and implementing them by following complete change process.
- Install, configure, tune, maintain, and monitor Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 Enterprise server
- Proficient on Microsoft (MS) Clustering issues
- Administering Windows, VMware, Hyper-V and cloud operations.
- ESX installation, maintenance and troubleshooting, including VCenter 6.0, 6.5 and 6.7, as well as VMware ESX 6, 6.5, 7 and 8
- Good knowledge of Compellent Storage
- Experience migrating large infrastructures from physical to virtual environments
- Solid Knowledge in VMware vSphere, VMotion, HA, DRS
- Advance knowledge of Systems Hardware
- Advance knowledge of Enterprise Level Systems infrastructure
- Knowledge of Datacenter Operations, network technologies and industry standards and audit requirements
- Good to have: Knowledge in VSAN, HyperV, VRops and HCI is added advantage
- 5 years and above in System Administration experience in VMWare operations & implementations.
- IIS administration and Certificate management
- Thorough knowledge on Print Server management role.
- Provide Windows server administration within an Active Directory environment
- Use monitoring tools to oversee multiple Wintel systems operating within a defined support operations area
- Troubleshoot Wintel systems with remote technology such as iDRAC and RDP
- Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and review customer relations service improvement programs
- Implement core business processes and assist the client with process improvement initiatives
- Analyse, log, track, and resolve complex issues pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printers, Windows servers, and applications
- Coordinate hardware and software installations, as well as upgrades
- Isolate and diagnose common Wintel system problems and document system events to ensure continuous functioning
- Coordinate and monitor troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, and configuration of Wintel (Windows / VMware) system files and services
- Admin, Operate and Manage Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure.
- Experience in configuring Nutanix Hardware and Software components.
- Experience in configuring Nutanix server, storage and networking.
- Experience in Nutanix command line interface.
- Experience in integrating Nutanix with Backup and Disaster recovery solutions.
- Experience in monitoring Nutanix infrastructure and optimizing.
- Maintain Nutanix infrastructure documents (HLD, LLD).
- Experience in Nutanix Performance Monitoring and Performance Chart.
- Experience in Nutanix upgrades.
- Experience in Nutanix security best practices.
- Experience in log analysis and RCA.
- Experience in Nutanix Era, Prism and Acropolis.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in systems integration and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Preferences: - (nice-to-have’s)
- Solid knowledge of systems software /hardware, networks, and operating systems.
- Solid knowledge of processes and tools utilized for system management, problem reporting, change management and support tools.
- Solid technical troubleshooting skills.
- Solid interpersonal and client service skills
Required schedule availability for this position is Rotational Shifts
The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirements.
