As a Level 3 Fulfillment Solution Partner in NTT DATA, you will have the opportunity to work with a global organization supporting various technologies. Responsibilities

  • Partners with Practice Capacity Leads and functional points of contact to understand capacity trends, issues, shortages, and surpluses, and ensure solutions are identified and implemented to improve utilization, bench, open seat closure, and growth.
  • Provides analysis around key metrics such as availability, utilization, time to fill, and other KPIs.
  • Anticipates potential staffing conflicts and proactively manages conflicts by developing creative alternatives or escalating when necessary.
  • Participate in workforce planning with Practice Capability Leaders, including analysis of sales projections, attrition, skill set, bench strength and employment trends.
  • Drives new deal project fulfillment readiness activities including, but not limited to, ensuring demand is in Navigator, validating demand is in line with cost model, meeting with practice leads to determine internal fulfillment and strategy for addressing gaps.
  • Identifies new deal risk as it moves closer to signature and transition kickoff.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and manage their readiness for each deal.
  • Identifies and utilizes technology to assist in identifying candidates who can be aligned to client assignments
  • Works with practice capabilities to assign and reassign teams to ensure that all projects are adequately staffed with the right resources at the right time.
  • Works with leadership to develop and implement resource management strategies that align with business objectives, including offshore.
  • Understands and supports the practice’s strategy around any changes in which work is performed to include employees, contractors and other contingent labor, offshore service centers, and digital transformation/automation of work hours.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key practice and industry leaders and leverages these relationships to maximize deployment opportunities for assigned population.
  • Develops and maintains resource management policies and procedures concerning project ramp-up and ramp-down.
  • Creates and presents bi-weekly and monthly Practice Capability reviews for leadership meetings.
  • Provides guidance and leadership to Level 1 and Level 2 FSPs.
  • Works closely with the Fulfillment Practice Lead on escalations to provide solutions as needed.
     

 

Required skills

  • Minimum 7 years of Workforce Planning experience in IT/ITES
  • Minimum 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High degree of comfort using computer software and other Microsoft business products (Word, PowerPoint, Office), including excellent data management and manipulation capabilities with related software. Comfortable using professional services automation tools and/or time/expense tools.
  • Ideal candidate will have a “can do” attitude, hunger for knowledge and has strong diligence.
