We are currently seeking a nCino BA to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Title: nCino Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements for nCino and Salesforce-based solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders to understand pain points and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
• Support the configuration and customization of the nCino platform, including testing new features and enhancements.
• Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training sessions to ensure solutions meet business needs and drive user adoption.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and communicate status updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Stay current with nCino and Salesforce platform updates, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure solutions remain compliant and effective.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business process maps, functional specifications, and training materials.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on nCino or Salesforce-based projects.
• Strong understanding of banking and financial services operations, products, and regulatory environment.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Familiarity with the nCino platform, including configuration, features, and workflows.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management and productivity tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office).

Preferred Qualifications

• nCino or Salesforce certifications (e.g., nCino Admin, Salesforce Administrator).
• Experience in banking transformation, lending, or credit process projects.
• Experience supporting change management and training initiatives.
