We are currently seeking a Dynamic Workplace Services to join our team in Noida/BLR, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Dynamic Workplace Services – Operations Manager NTTDATA is growing our Dynamic Workplace Services team and is looking for an experienced Ops Manager to join our organization. This position is responsible for representing the End to End capabilities of Dynamic Workplace Services to account teams and clients (business processes, business systems, people/teams, tools, and automation) and helps drive growth. The position will work closely with the operational teams in support of the Service Desk, Field Service, VDI, Citrix, Desktop Engineering, Mobility, Automation SMEs, Field Services, ServiceDesk, and Finance. Must understand traditional service delivery and the ideal candidate should be able to collaborate across the organization to infuse innovative approaches look for and document best practices and thought leadership that can be used across DWS clients.

Key Responsibilities Include a Leader that will be responsible for delivering services to multiple accounts. Accountable for the delivery of service commitments (SLAs) to assigned customer Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous service improvement. Monitor and control the management of DWS account deliverables while ensuring efficient utilization of project resources. Manage cost and recovery along with ongoing capacity planning and procurement. Maintain open communications among stakeholders and affected parties perform analysis that reflects actual vs planned cost of our business. Manage standards, procedures, and practices for recordkeeping of contractual agreements Work closely with Product Management, Service Desk/Field Service/VDI/Desktop/Mobility/Automation leaders, service delivery, and other key stakeholders to define and prioritize business and system requirements, as well as lead the definition, development, and delivery of the future state capabilities. Coordinates the activities of technical team members to meet contract obligations. Coordinates with the assigned account team and/or customer to grow the services footprint within the designated account. Define business and functional elements based on the market requirements defined by the Support service delivery in the development and adoption of new delivery capabilities Support teams executing the processes – especially during launch and initial rollout

Qualifications: Must understand traditional service delivery but be able to infuse innovative approaches look for and document best practices and thought leadership that can be used across DWS clients.  Previous experience leading a program that is outcome based and inclusive of all related business activities. Expertise in service management, spanning tools, procedures and implementing client requirements Experience with delivery management. Process-focused and able to dig and improve to drive efficiencies using automation, transformation, etc. Leadership experience – must have (med to senior preferable). PM type person but not doing all the details like schedules, etc.. The skillset of a PM. Ability to translate technical aspects into standardized delivery approaches. Must have in-depth knowledge of the responsibilities outlined above. Experience working with enterprise clients Ability to excel with limited direction.
