We are currently seeking a Application Management Senior Specialist to join our team in North Liberty, Indiana (US-IN), United States (US).

The role is considered a subject matter expert in terms of application security and entails providing analysis, functional support, and maintenance of application security, access, and provisioning. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and analyzing complex application security issues, maintaining user accounts and permissions, and ensuring compliance with security policies and industry regulations. The position requires developing and maintaining user client relationships, conducting application security audits, and documenting issue resolution. Additionally, the role supports testing of application security configurations and assists in process improvements. The individual will serve as an escalation resource and mentor for less experienced security administrators. 

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience supporting warehouse, distribution, ERP, or supply-chain applications.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Tecsys Elite experience, or comparable enterprise WMS / Distribution ERP support experience with demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on Tecsys.
  • 4+ years understanding of warehouse and distribution operations, including inbound, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, order management, procurement, returns, and enterprise handoffs.
  • 4+ years troubleshooting skills across application configuration, transactions, master data, integrations, reports, users/roles, devices, and operational workflows.
  • 4+ years knowledge of integrations, including APIs/web services, SFTP/FTP, EDI, batch jobs, file-based interfaces, and interface monitoring.
  • 4+ years read, write, and troubleshoot SQL queries for issue investigation, data validation, reconciliation, and support analysis where access is permitted.
  • 4+ years with incident, problem, change, release management, vendor support escalation, defect analysis, and patch validation.
  • 4+ years familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM/support-ticketing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct hands-on experience supporting Tecsys Elite WMS and Elite Distribution ERP in production environments.
  • Experience with Tecsys Itopia low-code capabilities and additional Tecsys modules such as TMS, Delivery Management, TecsysIQ/analytics, or Order Management where deployed.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, Oracle, Linux/Unix, Windows servers, scripting, job scheduling, monitoring tools, or cloud/SaaS operations.
  • Experience supporting upgrades, enhancement releases, go-lives, cutovers, and hypercare periods.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex system issues to warehouse users, business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $83,734 – 155,063. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
