Job Summary:
NTT DATA Federal Services, Inc. currently seeks a Lead Test Engineer to be responsible for the successful execution of system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures in accordance with established DOD testing guidance (e.g., DoDI 5000.89, Test and Evaluation), prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis, and report status and results.  The best candidate must have demonstrated the ability to manage complex tasks and teams. Job Duties:

The test engineer shall analyze system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis, and report status and results. In this position you will work with the team to create a plan for testing software that includes how the team will test, what will be tested and when it will be tested. You will create and use different scenarios or conditions to ensure the software works as expected. Upon completion of testing, you will ensure that the proper documentation is developed to record the results of the testing. You will make sure that the team conducts regression, automated, performance, and security testing to make sure that changes do not cause errors, tools and scripts are used to conduct repetitive tests, performance meets expectations, and that any security weaknesses or vulnerabilities are detected. Finally, you will stay up to date on emerging trends in technology and testing methods to improve testing results.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in testing functions for large, complex systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience testing SAP implementations
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading testing functions for large, complex systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience/familiarity with DoDI 5000.89, Test and Evaluation
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Active Secret clearance required

Preferred Qualifications:

• IAT II Level Certification such as Security+ CE or higher
