We are currently seeking a CISCO UCM Technician to join our team in Offutt AFB, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

Position's General Duties and Tasks: 

In this role you will be responsible for the installation of new software releases and system upgrades, evaluation and installation of patches, and the resolution of software related problems for the server component of a Cisco Unified Communication Manager (UCM). You will perform system backups and recovery, maintain data files, and monitor system configurations to ensure data integrity. You will create, maintain, and troubleshoot client endpoints within the UCM to include software defined and physical configurations.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Field Support Services
• Minimum 2 years experience with CISCO Unified Communication Manager (UCM) 
• Comptia Security+ CE certification required 
• Secret Security Clearance 

• Bachelors degree in related field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience, Master's degree or MBA in related field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant experience. PhD in related field may be substituted for bachelor’s degree and 7 years relevant experience. 

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting DoD or Air Force clients
