We are currently seeking a Field Tech Supervisor to join our team in Offutt, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

Job Summary: 

Responsible for the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. On-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with client on administrative and technical matters. Interprets clients’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, client support representatives or engineers. Performs troubleshooting parts replacement, system upgrades, advanced deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers. Uses advanced tools /technical knowledge to remediate client problems and conduct scheduled installations. Provides technical feedback on technical process issues to improve overall service delivery. May act as team lead at times and coach team members. 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Field Support Services that includes analysis, design, development, and integration of hardware, software, and system level requirements.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Master's Degree or MBA in related field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant experience.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance required
  • CompTIA Security+ CE certificate required

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Help Desk Institute Certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience maintaining and managing client relationships at high senior levels
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in experience meeting or exceeding service level parameters
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting DoD or Air Force clients
