NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Service Desk Associate to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (US-OK), United States (US).

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will provide telephone / email / chat / online / remote diagnostic technical support for MIT Lincoln Laboratory, a northeast based FFRDC.  This includes desktops, portables, peripherals (e.g., printers, projectors, etc.) and software – custom, off-the-shelf, industry-standard and proprietary.  This role requires answering questions and troubleshooting installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned IT products.  Additionally, the role requires following defined policies & procedures (e.g. verification of warranty entitlement, etc.) and applying diagnostic techniques to identify solutions to problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures. 

 

  • Typically requires 2-4 years experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Provide ongoing processing of incidents, problems and service requests generated by users
  • Meet and maintain contract SLAs for customer service performance
  • Respond to and diagnose problems through discussions with users
  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely process for client problem resolutions, including problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps
  • Respond to all forms of requests for technical support (telephone, email, chat, etc.)
  • Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems
  • Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operational difficulties
  • Recommending system modifications to reduce user problems
  • Create knowledge base articles
  • US Citizenship required

 

 Must have an Active Secret Clearance in order to be considered.
