NTT DATA requires in it’s Ottawa location a Axios Assyst Integration Specialist.  The candidate must meet the following requirements:

 

Minimum of ten (10) years of Implementation/Integration Specialist experience including:

  • authoring and maintaining Project documentation;
  • planning and implementing software systems; and managing IT service management related data integration.

 

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in designing, configuring, building, documenting and releasing any ITSM systems in a large scale, complex environment*

*Definition of large scale, complex environment: in excess of 50,000 users.

Must have an ITIL** v3 or later certification.

 

Experience planning, installing, configuring, releasing and upgrading any Enterprise Service Management software .

 

Experience drafting technical and functional documentation relating to the Information Technology (IT) such as delivery of IT desktop services.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Develop and update ITSM documentation related to infrastructure in the designated and classified (SECRET) domains, including but not limited to system interface requirements documents, system design specifications documents, build documents, process documents, etc.;

 

  • Plan, configure, build, test, document and release of any ITSM software, in the designated and classified (SECRET) domains, for all major and minor releases over the period of the Contract;

 

  • Perform gap analysis and any required development related ITSM integrations, COTS configurations and workflow processes impacted by the upgrade of assyst for both the designated and classified (SECRET) domains; and

 

  • Provide knowledge transfer to engineering, lifecycle management (third line) and in-service support (first and second line support) users when warranted, and when major and minor releases are implemented. This will normally be done through briefings, presentations and on-the-job training, as requested by the TA.

 

  • Produce the following deliverables:

 

  • Up-to-date ITSM documentation related to the designated and classified (SECRET) domains' ITSM software suite and infrastructure;

 

  • Turn-key implementations and integration of major and minor releases of an ITSM suite, required over the contract period, in the designated and classified (SECRET) domains. This will be provided in the format of implementation codes, training material, technical support documentation, workflows, uploaded data, etc.;

 

  • Gap analysis and development (LUA or COTS based) related to any ITSM integrations, COTS configurations and/or workflow processes impacted by the upgrade of assyst for both domains (designated and classified (SECRET)); and

 

  • ITSM knowledge transfer packages for engineering, lifecycle management and in-service support users for major and minor releases in formats as identified in Section 8.1.

 

 

  • Monthly status reports that summarize as a minimum:
    • The work completed during the previous period;
    • The work plan for the following period;
    • A description of any problems encountered which are likely to require the attention of the TA and proposed solutions; and
    • Any recommendations related to the conduct of the work
