Position Summary
The Vision AI Data Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights from Vision AI monitoring systems deployed in manufacturing environments. By systematically identifying anomalies and deviations in operational data, this role directly enables multimillion-dollar annual savings through reduced downtime, enhanced sterility assurance, and accelerated batch release.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and process data from multiple sources, including glove usage, vial counts, operator entry/exit logs, and environmental monitoring systems.
- Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs such as downtime reduction, deviation prevention, and sterility performance.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate anomalies detected by Vision AI systems and identify underlying process issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, quality, and manufacturing teams to translate analytical findings into tangible process improvements.
- Predictive Analytics: Support forecasting models for glove replacement, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance optimization.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive-ready reports and presentations for leadership review.
Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing.
- 3+ years of experience in regulated environments with exposure to GxP compliance standards.
Technical Skills
- 3+ years of strong knowledge of manufacturing compliance and data integrity principles (preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of experience / familiarity with AI/ML model monitoring and industrial IoT data streams.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications or practical experience in Artificial Intelligence.
- Prior exposure to pharmaceutical program management or regulated manufacturing environments.
